As you may know, the North Penn Hernia Institute offers the most-effective and contemporary hernia repair techniques available. This assures you not only a safe and effective hernia repair, performed by skilled and trained Hernia Specialists, but also allows you the most rapid recovery with the least restrictions on activity of any other available hernia repair technique.

  • WE CAN ARRANGE FOR AN INITIAL CONSULTATION/EXAM and SURGERY FOR THE SAME DAY.

  • TO BECOME A PATIENT AND ARRANGE SURGERY, YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING 3 STEPS
    • 1. CALL OUR OFFICE to DISCUSS YOUR TYPE OF HERNIA, AND SELECT A DATE FOR SURGERY

        9:00 AM to noon, and 1 PM to 4PM Eastern Time

    • 2. PRINT and COMPLETE PATIENT INFORMATION FORMS
      RETURN TO US -(via Mail or Fax)

      • These forms can also be mailed to you if you do not have access to a on-line printer.

    • 3. PRINT and READ the INFORMATION FORM


    PRE-REGISTRATION (for Abington Health, Lansdale Hospital)

     In order to speed and facilitate the 'day of surgery' registration process at Abington Health, Lansdale Hospital, you may choose to PRE-REGISTER for your surgery from home via the telephone. This option is available up to 3 business days prior to your surgery date for patients who are already scheduled for surgery through the NPHI office. With this convenient option, upon your arrival at Abington Health, Lansdale Hospital, you will be able to go directly to the "Day Surgery Center" without significant inconvenience or delay. This hospital pre-registration process should only be employed after final surgery arrangements with the N.P.H.I. office is completed.
