TO OUR PATIENTS
The Surgical Staff of the North Penn Hernia Institute is trained in all aspects of both the diagnosis and contemporary treatment of Abdominal Wall Hernias. This includes the repair of primary hernias, such as inguinal and umbilical hernias, as well as more complex situations such as recurrent hernias and incisional hernias. Our surgical techniques are specifically selected from a variety of superior new methods to safely and effectively meet the needs of our patient. We do not feel that one single hernia operation or repair technique is suitable for all hernias and every case. Since hernias differ significantly from patient to patient, many varied techniques must be available to the surgeon. As true HERNIA SPECIALISTS, we therefore select and utilize the most contemporary, State-of-the-Art TECHNIQUES available, which will not only safely, but also effectively repair the hernia.
